Welcome to Lighthouse Learning Academy

We use a mix of Montessori and Traditional theories to provide children with the best care. We serve children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and offer variety of programs, full-time and part time, to fit the needs of families.

Serving families in Elk River, Big Lake, Zimmerman, St. Michael, Otsego and surrounding areas

Our classrooms are enriched with Montessori materials such as Practical Life, Sensorial, Science, Math, Language. We also use the EZ Write program that is used in public schools. We focus on getting children ready in every way for life. Besides education, we also work on physical, emotional and social skills by providing an indoor gym, fine art projects and field trips.

Lighthouse Learning works hard to maintain quality staff. Ninety percent of our teachers have worked in this center for more than 10 years. A few of our staff members recently celebrated their 25th anniversary. Our staff is highly qualified and works hard to give their best for the students.
